Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We need some Executives (Part/Full Time) who are able to handle our client and their queries and grievances.
Read Before Apply:
For the first 03 months, Candidates must have work in Mirpur Zone, & after 03 months, if they want so they can be shifted in any location of the Dhaka City.
Job Descriptions:
• Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone or Face to Face.
• Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand clients requirements
• Enter and update client information in the database.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts facilitate future sales.
