There is a strange kind of magic that happens when you're a performer.

I can be struggling backstage—high fever, a fragile voice, running on almost nothing—but the moment the microphone is in my hand, something changes. The stage has a way of making you forget your pain, at least for a little while.

People see the performance, the smile, the confidence, the energy. They don't see the quiet battles that happen before the lights come on, or after they go off.

I'm not an actress, but this journey has taught me how to smile through discomfort and give my all, no matter what I'm going through. Because that's the promise we make to our audience—they deserve the very best version of us.

When the applause ends, we go back to being human. We rest, we heal, and sometimes we carry our struggles in silence.

And that's okay.

Because if you ever see me on stage, I want you to remember me for the music, the energy, and the love I pour into every performance—not for the pain I chose to leave behind backstage.
❤️🎤

And it's applicable for all places of work as this becomes an in-built quality in us.
