১) সাম্প্রদায়িক বিষবাষ্প; অন্যদেশের প্রতি হিংসাত্মক, অশ্লীল, কুরুচিপূর্ণ ও আক্রমণাত্মক মন্তব্য; পর্নোগ্রাফি; পক্ষপাতিত্বমূলক এবং রাজনৈতিক উদ্দেশ্যপূর্ণ মন্তব্য মুছে ফেলা হবে। আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে কোনো ধরনের ট্রল অথবা সংঘাত সৃষ্টির উদ্দেশে কোনো মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

অপ্রয়োজনীয় ইমেইল, স্প্যাম লিংক, বিজ্ঞাপন অথবা ব্যবসায়িক উদ্দেশ্যমূলক প্রচার ঢাকা ট্রিবিউন প্ল্যাটফর্মে গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। আমরা একে অন্যের প্রতি যথাযথ শব্দ ও ভাষার প্রয়োগকে উৎসাহিত করি। অনুগ্রহ করে মন্তব্যে শ্রুতিকটু ও অবমাননাকর শব্দের ব্যবহার এড়িয়ে চলুন।

২) মন্তব্য করার সময় বৈষয়িক মন্তব্য করুন। যেন সেটি হয় সংক্ষিপ্ত পরিসরে এবং নির্দিষ্ট বৈষয়িক দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে। অপ্রাসঙ্গিক ও পুনরাবৃত্তিমূলক মন্তব্য যা অন্যের জন্য বিরক্তির কারণ হতে পারে তা মুছে ফেলা হবে।

ইংরেজিতে মন্তব্য করলে অনুগ্রহ করে শব্দের প্রতিটি বর্ণ বড় হাতের অক্ষরে লেখা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

৩) অন্যের করা মন্তব্য বা কথা উল্লেখ করার সময় যেন তা মূল বক্তার অনুযায়ী হয় সেদিকে লক্ষ্য রাখুন। প্রখ্যাত মানুষ, সংবাদপত্র ও বইয়ের উক্তি ব্যবহারের সময় উৎসের নাম উল্লেখ বাধ্যতামূলক। অন্যের করা মন্তব্য বা তথ্য ব্যবহার করার ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই অনুমতি সাপেক্ষে তা করতে হবে।

৪) অনুগ্রহ করে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য যেমন ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর, ইমেইল ঠিকানা ইত্যাদি পোস্ট করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
