𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Bachelor/Honors (Freshers can apply also)
• Education qualifications will be relaxed for experienced editors

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
• At least 2-3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
[Advertising Agency, NGO, Development Agency, IT Enabled Service, Newspaper/Magazine]

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Proven work experience as a Video Editor in the media industry.
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Edius, Premiere, Lightworks, After Effects and Final Cut, Adobe Photoshop & illustrator).
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and composition.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and online streaming platforms.
• Seamlessly integrate visual effects, graphics, and sound to enhance the overall quality and impact of videos.
• Ensure continuity, pacing, and storytelling flow in edited videos.
• Collaborate with content creators, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and vision.
• Color correction, audio enhancement, and other post-production tasks to refine video quality.
• Add subtitles, captions, and other textual elements to improve accessibility and engagement.
• Optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and adherence to technical specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and digital media production.
• Experiment with different editing techniques and styles to maintain freshness and innovation in video content.
• Maintain organized file management and backup systems to preserve project assets.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and priorities.

• Performance-based yearly increment. Three-month probation period, then permanent with a revised salary.
• Lunch & evening snacks from the office
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
