Beef casserole just gone on…. Been completely lazy and bought a ready chopped casserole veg pack and ready chopped onions… 🙈, just threw it in with 600g of diced beef, 500mls of hot water with a beef stock cube, red wine stock cube, S&P, Worcestershire sauce and tomato purée, and a couple of squeezes of lazy garlic purée, I’ll add dumplings later. 😊

I put the silverside on top of 2 carrots and 4 potatoes with 2 jars of honey mustard, I’ll cook on low for 8 hours 😊

Just love cooking chicken in my slow cooker. 7 hours on low. On a bed of chopped spuds, carrots and onion, covered with herbs and paprika, the wings dropped off as i was lifting in out of the slow cooker 😋
