He is no more... 💔😭

He could have saved himself by opening a parachute if he wanted to.
There was little time, there was also a chance...
But he knew, there was a school below.

And at that very moment, instead of his own life,
he chose self-sacrifice.
He fought until his last breath —
Just so that the lives of the children would be saved, just so that no one's cry would be heard in that schoolyard.

🔥 He was not afraid of death,
He did not get the chance to see his family again,
Still, he was martyred with a smile — for the country, for us.

Such people do not die.
They become history,
They are forever etched in the heart... 🇧🇩

Given the current situation in Rakhine State, the prospects for the safe and voluntary repatriation of Rohingya refugees remain extremely limited. The situation is likely to deteriorate further due to significant reductions in global funding.

These funding cuts are already contributing to a rise in insecurity, including increased incidents of kidnapping and murder within the camps. Additionally, many students who have lost access to education as a result of these cuts are at heightened risk of being drawn into illicit activities due to the lack of lawful alternatives.

To mitigate these risks and ensure stability, Bangladesh could take several proactive steps rather than relying solely on international aid:

1. Ratify the 1951 Refugee Convention and its 1967 Protocols through an executive decision to strengthen the legal protection framework for refugees.

2. Allow refugee students to enrol in local public and private educational institutions, ensuring access to formal education.

3. Provide vocational training for refugees to fill labour shortages in countries seeking foreign workers.

4. Issue refugee travel documents in collaboration with UNHCR, enabling qualified individuals to apply for overseas employment opportunities legally.

Failure to implement such measures will likely result in worsening conditions not only for Rohingya refugees but also for host communities, who are already under pressure due to the prolonged displacement crisis.

এখন "সোহাগকে" পাথর দিয়ে মেরে- লাশের উপর নাচানাচি🥲
যেভাবে আমরা তোফাজ্জল কে ভুলে গেছি- সেভাবেই সোহাগকে ভুলে যাব।
কারণ আমরা বাঙালি - আজ বিষয়টা ভাইরাল তাই প্রতিবাদ জানাচ্ছি, দুইদিন পর অন্য কিছু ভাইরাল হবে,তখন ঐ বিষয় নিয়ে আমরা মেতে উঠব।
এই কারণে সোশাল মিডিয়া তা কোন প্রতিবাদ জানাই না।
কারণ সোশাল মিডিয়া তে আমরা বাঙালি রা ট্রেন্ডেঘা মাখি- ভাইরাল হইলে প্রতিবাদ করি।
