Your product isn't failing because of poor design. It's failing because you forgot the other 6 Ps.

Most people obsess over the product.

But Product is just 1 of the 7 Ps of the marketing mix.

Neglect the rest, and your brilliant idea still flops.

Here's what actually drives success:

Place - Are you selling where your customers are buying?

Price - Do people understand the value of what they're paying for?

Promotion - Are you cutting through the noise or adding to it?

People - Your team is your brand. How do they show up?

Process - How smooth is the journey from interest to purchase?

Physical Environment - Even digital brands have a "feel." What's yours?

If your marketing isn't working, zoom out.

Your problem may not be your product.

It may be how you're packaging the experience.

Most SEO Guru are using Al wrong.

And the issue starts with how we ask.

I watched a clip where Winston Churchill dictated speeches from his bathtub

not because he was lazy,

but because his assistant understood his voice, tone, and intent without needing step-by-step instructions.

We now have that same capability.

Al today can be that assistant but only if we treat it like a teammate, not a basic tool.

Here's how I've started applying this mindset in my SEO work

I don't just prompt Al to write blog content.

I ask it:

- What are 10 overlooked angles for [keyword] that competitors aren't covering yet?

- How would you improve this page's topical authority based on current SERP patterns?

I use Al to clean up workflows.

It helps my team map out content clusters, fix keyword cannibalization, and plan better internal linking.

I treat Al like a strategist.

It interviews me.

It questions my logic.

It doesn't just give answers it helps me think better.

We all have access to the same ChatGPT.

What matters is what we bring to it.
- Your context

- Your insights

- Your intent

That's where differentiation starts.

If you're still settling for Al's first draft, you're missing the real value.

Don't just use Al to save time.
