Why Do I Feel Alone Among So Many People? 😔

People are everywhere—walking, talking, laughing, crying. Streets, buses, classrooms—so much noise, so much connection, so much busyness. And yet… inside, it feels empty. Alone. 🫥

This feeling of loneliness isn’t always visible. Even when surrounded by friends, you feel like you can’t really say what’s on your heart. Family is there, yet there’s a silent gap. People laugh around you—you laugh too—but your tears stay hidden inside. 🤍

Everyone thinks you’re doing fine. But who really knows how you’re slowly breaking down, day by day? If only someone truly asked, “How are you, really?” Maybe you’d say—“I’m tired. I’m hurting. I feel alone.” 💔

This loneliness doesn’t always come from being physically alone. It comes from unspoken words, unshared emotions, buried feelings. 😶‍🌫️

We wear smiles like armor—because the world tells us weakness is something to hide. But behind that smile lives a quiet sadness, an unbearable silence. 😞

The real cause of this emptiness is the disconnection within. We talk to so many people every day, but we don’t find someone to open up to. Even in a crowd of thousands, something still feels missing. 🧍‍♂️🌫️

But listen—feeling lonely doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re human. It means you’re aware of your emotions. ❤️

ভালো ঘুমের অভ্যাস গড়তে মাত্র ৭ দিন যথেষ্ট

রাতে ঘুমানোর কথা ছিল ১১টায়, কিন্তু এখন ঘড়িতে বাজে ২টা ২০। চোখে ঘুম নেই, মনের মধ্যে চলছে হাজার চিন্তা। একটার পর একটা রিল, স্ক্রল করে চলেছেন—ভাবছেন, “আরেকটা দেখি, তারপর ঘুম…”
এভাবেই কেটে যাচ্ছে দিন, আর আপনার শরীর? দিনদিন ক্লান্ত, মেজাজ খিটখিটে, আর মনও যেন স্থির হয় না।

এটাই আজকের বাস্তবতা। অথচ ঘুম এমন একটা জিনিস, যা ঠিকঠাক না হলে শরীর, মন, এমনকি সম্পর্কও ভেঙে পড়ে।

কিন্তু ভালোর দিকে ফিরে যাওয়া কি কঠিন? একদম নয়।
মাত্র ৭ দিন—হ্যাঁ, ঠিক শুনেছেন। মাত্র ৭ দিনের ছোট কিছু অভ্যাস বদলালেই আপনি ঘুমকে আবার বন্ধু বানাতে পারবেন।

প্রথম দিন:

রাতের খাবার একটু আগে খান। অনেকেই ঘুমাতে যাওয়ার ৩০ মিনিট আগেও খাচ্ছেন, ফলে শরীর বিশ্রাম পায় না। আজ থেকেই চেষ্টা করুন—খাবার শেষ করুন ঘুমানোর অন্তত ২ ঘণ্টা আগে।

দ্বিতীয় দিন:

মোবাইলটা ঘুমের আধঘণ্টা আগে রেখে দিন। মনে হতে পারে, "এতে কী হবে?" কিন্তু আপনি জানেন না, সেই নীল আলো কিভাবে আপনার মস্তিষ্ককে ‘জেগে থাকো’ সিগনাল দিচ্ছে। আজ থেকেই স্ক্রিনের সঙ্গে দূরত্ব তৈরি করুন।

তৃতীয় থেকে পঞ্চম দিন:

একই সময়ে ঘুমাতে যাওয়ার অভ্যাস তৈরি করুন। প্রথমে কঠিন মনে হবে, কিন্তু শরীরের একটা ঘড়ি আছে—যেটা ধীরে ধীরে শিখে নেয় কখন বিশ্রামের সময়।

ষষ্ঠ দিন:

সন্ধ্যার পর ক্যাফেইন বাদ দিন। চা, কফি, সফট ড্রিংক—সবই শরীরকে জাগিয়ে রাখে। এক কাপ গরম দুধ বা হারবাল চা অনেক ভালো বিকল্প হতে পারে।

সপ্তম দিন:

ঘুমানোর আগে নিজের জন্য ১০ মিনিট রাখুন। একটা বই, কিছু হালকা মিউজিক, অথবা শুধু চোখ বন্ধ করে নীরবতা—এই সময়টা আপনার মস্তিষ্ককে বলে দেয়, “এবার বিশ্রাম…”

ঘুম মানে শুধু চোখ বন্ধ নয়, এটা পুরো শরীর আর মনের রিচার্জ। আর আপনি যদি এই ছোট্ট ৭ দিনের যাত্রা শুরু করেন, দেখবেন—অবিশ্বাস্যভাবে বদলে গেছে আপনার সকালগুলো।

কারণ ঘুম ঠিক থাকলে, জীবনের অনেক কিছুই ঠিক হয়ে যায়।
