Urgent Recruitment:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive-ECR & Sustainability to join a reputed Sweater Factory at Gazipur Chowrasta.

Qualification:
BSc/MSc in Environmental Science/Chemistry or Equivalent Related Background
Experience:
4 to 5 years and applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile
Salary: 40k to 45K (Based on performance)

• Knowledge on different certification and ECR Standards;
• Ability to work hard under pressure;
• Team leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
• Strong knowledge about CAPs preparation & follow up each subject area with keeping appropriate record;
Responsibilities & Context:
• Oversee compliance & sustainability activities across all factories, aiding in audit report preparation, monitoring project activities, gathering information, follow up CAPs and compiling reports.
• Monitor the compliance and sustainability programs such as Accord/RSC, ZDHC, Higg FEM, Higg FSLM, SLCP, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO 14001, ICS Social & Environmental, BCI, EcoVadis etc. on timely manner.
• Follow up on social compliance audits, environmental sustainability, and health and safety at factories, providing guidance on necessary actions.
• Follow up the Material Sustainability program such as OCS, GOTS, RCS, GRS, Oekotex Standard 100 as well as.
• Perform root cause analysis and monitoring timely resolution on all non-conformities.
• Ensure the factories are compliant with social & Environmental ethics & health and safety requirements, etc.
• Executing environmental management plan.
• Identifying workplace hazard & conduct risk assessment and job safety analysis of all areas, functions & services.
• Monthly Training employees on EMS & Health Safety, PPE, Chemical Handling, Waste Management, Energy & Resource Management.
• Ensuring safe chemical handling, storage.
• Monitoring energy, water and waste management system.
• Setting and monitoring KPI.
• Analysis for water quality improvement and assure the compliance of ETP and safety requirements according to Audit and DOE.
• Reporting of all types of environmental and chemical issues.
