Easy pizza pinwheels!!
1 can pilsbury pizza crust
Mozzarella
Pepperoni (we had left over of both sizes)
Roll into a long cinnamon roll looking thing and you are supposed to cut it into 12 but I suck at sizing so I got 14.
Put them on a baking sheet
Bake at 425 I did 14 minutes and we are high altitude
Then I slathered in garlic butter, because why not 🙂

Lazy enchiladas
Frozen taquitos
Canned refried beans
Enchilada sauce
Shredded cheese
Spread the beans along the bottom of a baking dish. Lay the toquitoes on top of them. Cover with enchilada sauce. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. Cover with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 4-5.

So this may feed a family of 3 or so.
The pasta was pre-assembled, frozen. It was "Better Goods" brand. Hatch chile peppers and Cilantro Lime Sauce with street corn and onions. Italian hot sausage pre-packaged, and frozen green beans... Birds Eye brand, I want to say. The Great Value brand has been weird as of late, to my liking lol.
Green beans $1.97
Better Goods frozen pasta $8.86
"Premio" brand hot italian sausage $4.47
= $15.30
Not bad for 3 meals' worth, I thought 🤷‍♀️

With fall quickly approaching I wanted to share the super simple and cheap potato soup recipe that I love.
There’s so many ways to doctor this one up, but here’s what I use:
** in crockpot**
Bag of frozen potato’s, I use the ones with onions and peppers (potato O’Brien)
A can of cream of chicken soup (I use the one with herbs)
1 carton of chicken broth
1 block of cream cheese
1 packet of ranch
Salt, pepper, garlic, etc; to taste
A handful …or two… or three… of cheddar cheese
(There is no such things as too much cheese)
Let cook on high for four hours. Add sour cream, cheese, chives, and bacon as toppings if you’d like.

Meatball subs for dinner later . Then throwing the rest in the crockpot with some chili sauce n grape jelly for football...

1 cup of milk
Cinnamon sugar, nutmeg

I grabbed what I had one day and just threw it all in a skillet together and it was incredible!
I've actually made it a few times since.. INTENTIONALLY! 😂🤣😂
