১। চিয়া সিডস খেয়ে ওজন কমেনা।
২। শসা, মধু, লেবু খেয়ে ওজন কমে না। মধুতে প্রচুর পরিমান সুগার আর ক্যালরি।
৩। ওটস খেয়েও ওজন কমেনা। ২০০ বছর আগে ওটস ছিলো ঘোড়ার খাবার। এখন মাল্টিন্যাশনাল কোম্পানীগুলা আপনাকে ওটস খাওয়াচ্ছে। আপনিও শত/হাজার টাকা খরচ করে ওটস খাচ্ছেন। জাস্ট ওটস এর গুনে কোনদিন ও ওজন কমবে না।
