📘 PREPOSITION “ON” (এর ব্যবহার) 📘

🟦 ON = উপর / ওপর / নির্দিষ্ট দিন বা তারিখে

✅ 1. কোনো কিছুর উপর (Surface) বোঝাতে
📌 The book is on the table.
➡️ বইটি টেবিলের উপর আছে।

📌 There is a picture on the wall.
➡️ দেয়ালের উপর একটি ছবি আছে।

✅ 2. দিন (Day) এর আগে
📌 I will meet you on Monday.
➡️ আমি তোমার সাথে সোমবার দেখা করব।

📌 We have an exam on Friday.
➡️ শুক্রবার আমাদের পরীক্ষা আছে।

✅ 3. নির্দিষ্ট তারিখের আগে
📌 He was born on 5 August.
➡️ সে ৫ আগস্ট জন্মগ্রহণ করেছে।

✅ 4. কোনো বিষয় সম্পর্কে (About a topic)
📌 He gave a speech on climate change.
➡️ সে জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন সম্পর্কে বক্তব্য দিয়েছে।

ON + Day / Date / Surface / Topic

📘 Present Indefinite Tense (Simple Present Tense)

✨ কোথায় ব্যবহার হয়?

✅ অভ্যাস (Habit)
✅ দৈনন্দিন কাজ (Daily Routine)
✅ সাধারণ সত্য (Universal Truth)
✅ স্থায়ী অবস্থা (Permanent Situation)

📝 Structure

✔ Affirmative (Positive)
Subject + V₁(s/es) + Object

Examples:

I play football.

He plays football.

She goes to school.

> মনে রাখুন: He, She, It এবং একবচন Noun-এর পরে Verb-এর সাথে s/es যোগ হয়।

Negative

Subject + do/does + not + V₁ + Object

Examples:

I do not play football.

He does not play football.

❓ Interrogative

Do/Does + Subject + V₁ + Object?

Examples:

Do you play football?

Does she read books?

🎯 s/es যোগ করার নিয়ম

✅ অধিকাংশ Verb-এর শেষে s যোগ হয়।

play → plays

read → reads

✅ Verb-এর শেষে o, ch, sh, ss, x, z থাকলে es যোগ হয়।

go → goes

watch → watches

wash → washes

✅ Verb-এর শেষে Consonant + y থাকলে y → ies

study → studies

carry → carries

✅ 1. Noun (বিশেষ্য) 👉 নাম বোঝায়
Example: Karim, School, pen
✅ 2. Pronoun (সর্বনাম) 👉 Noun-এর বদলে বসে
Example: He, She, They
✅ 3. Verb (ক্রিয়া) 👉 কাজ বা অবস্থা বোঝায়
Example: Go, Eat, read
✅ 4. Adjective (বিশেষণ) 👉 Noun/Pronoun-এর গুণ বোঝায়
Example: Beautiful, Tall, Honest
✅ 5. Adverb (ক্রিয়া বিশেষণ) 👉 Verb, Adjective বা Adverb সম্পর্কে তথ্য দেয়
