Eid thke ai prjnto ami atw poriman restaurant e khaise amr 5 kg weight gain hoisa… suggest me something that help me to reduce my extra fat… ami bairer khbr khawa off o krta parchi na abr weight o control e thktese nah… my doctor also suggest me to avoid junk foods… but I can’t week e dkha gese 2/1 bar khawa hoi… how can I maintain a healthy lifestyle…. Dhaka te kthao boshar place ni restaurant chara otherwise suggest me some places where I can enjoy my holidays without having food 🍱 ❌
