The situation is worse than Taliban in Bihar. A doctor who went to treat the r**e victim's mother in Gaya district was tied to a tree and beaten to death by the accused.

In 20 years of corrupt NDA government, the police and administration are completely incapable of preventing crime, arresting criminals, punishing and delivering justice because of which people are taking arbitrary laws in their hands. There is chaos in Bihar. The Chief Minister is unconscious, the government is drunk. Officials and ministers are busy looting the treasury and the government is in shambles.
