jonfaruk introduce and truly revolutionized the call center industry in Bangladesh market since 2006. He started his own call center business and it was first international call center in Bangladesh. He started out incredibly small with “Niagra Systems Ltd”, and began only outbound telemarketing and within a few days he was started call center solution and call center training business that is also one of the pioneer comprehensive call centers solution company of Bangladesh. Year of 2006 to till now long time he has also worked in a high-performance international ITES & telecom company for fourteenth years, which gave him the opportunity to meet international call center experts and ITES entrepreneur worldwide.
Ever since he was little, the man had a passion for business but he was luckily successfully completed mechanical engineering and computer science & engineering for his part of study, after study year of 1999 he was started electronics home appliance and computer technology business. He started a high-tech business to further develop his business. That was a magical time for his business filled with new friends, new experiences and adventures, and new mindsets. In addition to the call center business, he has now started some more service oriented business e.g. travel agency, student consultancy for worldwide study & professional ITES training for youth.
He was successfully completed many of ITES & call center related diploma certification & short courses. He is an expert of call center networking and server installation. Many call center companies have been established in BANGLADESH through him. As well as his own business, he works as a senior trainer & skilled assessor of the Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing (BACCO).
