It’s a page of Fixed price so don’t try to bargain in Inbox. Blink’s by Hema is a Pre-Order based page. After placing any order, you have to wait minimum 25-30days for your desired product.

3. After uploading pictures of product, if you booked within 2 days, there is much probability to get that specific product rather than others. Since stock is being so limited for sometimes. So if anyone place

an order from previous products, she/ he will has a little chance.

4. There is no way to cancel your order after booking your product. It’s our humble request, please think twice and determine you mind before placing/ booking any order. Immediately I bought the product with full payment from vendors of yours after your booking confirmation. After that it you cancel the order it should be my liability and it’ll cost me with a great loss.

5. Every product is posted in detailed with picture. Please try not to ask for real picture in inbox coz it’s a pre-order based page, so we don’t have products in hand always. All the pictures of products are originals. However if you have other queries feel free to knock us.

6. You have to Bkash 1020 tk for as booking money or for your order confirmation. After we received the product you need to pay the full amount in order to collect that. If any reason the ordered product is going to unavailable for us we’ll return your booking money. But if you cancel your order after confirmation, booking money won’t be returned at any cause.

7. Delivery will be done within 2 days in the matter of Spot purchase.

8. We don’t have return policy. If there is any valid fault in our products please inform us immediately after receiving the product. Check in front of the delivery man and knock us or contact as our given numbers on page.

9. Outside Khulna we deliver through Sundarbans Courier. We charge extra 120tk for delivery charge.

10. We provide home delivery within Khulna and charge 50 tk.

11. Cash on delivery is not applicable outside of Khulna City. For this you have to pay via Bkash or make bank payment for advance.
