📍 Project Office: Rangpur and Kurigram
🕒 Office Days: Sunday to Thursday (8 hours per day)
💼 Monthly Salary: BDT 30,000 - 33,000 Monthly
About the Project
The All Together Now project is a consortium initiative funded by Article 19 South Asia and Free Press Unlimited, implemented by:
✅ Noboprobhaat Foundation – A youth-led organization empowering gender-diverse youth in rural Bangladesh.
✅ Association for Social Development of Bangladesh (ASDB) – A women-led CSO advancing the welfare of women and marginalized groups.
✅ Sakaler Kagoj – A media organization advocating for social justice and human rights through impactful journalism.
This project aims to:
🌟 Promote inclusivity and safety for marginalized communities.
🌟 Strengthen collaboration between CSOs and the media.
🌟 Build capacity for advocacy, safety, and human rights initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
✅ Coordinating project activities and maintaining collaboration among consortium partners.
✅ Supporting advocacy sessions, capacity-building workshops, and media storytelling campaigns.
✅ Assisting with project reporting, monitoring, and evaluation tasks.
✅ Ensuring regular communication with stakeholders and partners.
Who We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Development Studies, Gender Studies, or related fields.
💡 At least 3 years of project coordination experience, preferably in human rights or advocacy initiatives.
📋 Strong skills in organization, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
🌐 Fluency in Bangla and English (written and spoken).
