কখনো রাত্রির নিরবতায়,
নির্মমতার কষাঘাতে জীবন কান্নার সুর উঠায় ব্যর্থতার চাদরে।
বন্দী পাখিটি চেয়ে থাকে,
কখন তার মুক্তি হবে।
কল্পনায় সেও সংসার সাজায় ব্যর্থতার প্রণয়ে।
এখানে কেউ অপেক্ষায় থাকে না,
