𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝘁𝗱. is a fast-growing chain of indoor playgrounds (Amusement Sector) catering to the growing need for children’s play space in Bangladesh. We have 4 branches currently in Dhaka with a nationwide rollout plan in the next 3 years.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁:
We are seeking an 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗻-𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 who will be responsible for the safety and operations of the indoor playground while maintaining all Babuland principles such as fast, clean, and service orientation. As an active team member, you will be in direct interaction with guests, leads, and supervisors on a daily basis for who you will need to keep a friendly and open mind at all times.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Management of the following teams:
o Playground Attendants Team (aprx 10 members)
o Reception & Ticketing Team ( aprx 3 members)
o Kitchen, Cleaning & Security Team (aprx 3 members)
• Scheduling staff rotation as per the flow of clients and capacity utilization
• Maintain 100% cleanliness of the facility
• Smooth flow of operations during birthday events, occasional events, or School parties.
• Compose branch sales projection report & follow up to achieve
• Check for regular equipment management & follow up with the concerned team to fix
• Execute branch operations with proper Compliance maintaining liaised to Compliance Dept.
• Handle branch cash & execute cash management with concern dept.
• Implement Branch Marketing policy
• Oversee F&B operations
o Hiring & training branch staff
o Stock Management
o Cooperation with Head Office
o Handles guest problems and complaints.
• Any other responsibilities to be assigned from time to time by the management.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Graduation in any discipline (preferred but not limited to)
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a restaurant/convention center
• Experience in the international franchise will be highly valued
• Basic Computer Skills including emails, reports, employee evaluation, etc
• Great Communication Skills in English and Bangla
• Always ready to come to work with a Smile
𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: 23k - 25k (Based on Experience)
