Designation: Asst. Manager- Electrical
Department: Utility & Maintenance- (Garments Division)
Job Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant work experience (preferably in industrial, textile, or garment sectors).
Age: 30-40 Year
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical System Supervision & Maintenance:
• Operate and maintain the plant’s electrical power distribution systems (HT/LT Panels, PFI, Transformer, Generator, MDB, SDB).
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and execute electrical work accordingly.
• Ensure quality of all work in compliance with BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards.
• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance Schedules (monthly/yearly).
• Ensure prompt troubleshooting and resolution of any electrical issues.
• Coordinate all activities in compliance with Bangladesh Electricity Rules and Fire Safety Codes.
• Prepare and maintain daily load reports, breakdown reports, electrical logs, and maintenance reports.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings (AutoCAD).
Key Responsibilities Related to RSC/ACCORD (Summary):
1. Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified non-compliances and risks, ensuring timely completion of construction, electrical, and fire safety works as per audit requirements.
2. Update, verify, and ensure approval of electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams.
3. Provide necessary information during inspections and take appropriate actions based on recommendations.
Educational Qualification:
• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE).
• Preference will be given to graduates from reputed universities (e.g., BUET, KUET, RUET, DUET, or other recognized institutions).
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with sufficient experience may also be considered.
