Here's a step-by-step beef shami kabab recipe:😋😋
Ingredients:🧅🧄🧅
Beef boneless – 500g
Chana dal (split chickpeas) – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1 large
Garlic – 1 whole bulb
Ginger – 1-inch piece
Whole spices:
Black peppercorns – 1 tsp
Cloves – 4-5
Cinnamon stick – 1
Cardamom – 2
Bay leaf – 1
Salt – to taste
Water – 2 to 2.5 cups
For mixing:
Green chilies – 2 (chopped)
Fresh coriander leaves – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Red chili powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Eggs – 1 (for binding, plus more for coating if frying)

Instructions:
Step 1: Boil Everything Together
In a large pot, combine beef, chana dal, onion, garlic, ginger, and all whole spices with water and salt. Cook on medium heat until the beef is tender and water is absorbed.
Step 2: Dry the Mixture
Continue cooking until all water evaporates completely. Discard bay leaf and whole spices (if visible), then let it cool slightly.
Step 3: Grind and Mix
Grind the mixture to a fine paste in a food processor. Then add green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, and one egg. Mix well.
Step 4: Shape Kababs
Shape the mixture into round, flat kababs and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to firm up.
Optional Step 5: Frying
Dip kababs in beaten egg and shallow fry on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.
