কেবল পুলিশ ক্যাডারের সহকারী পুলিশ সুপার পদই নয়, সহকারী কমিশনার (প্রশাসন), সহকারী পরিচালক (আনসার), সহকারী মহা-হিসাবরক্ষক, সহকারী নিবন্ধক (সমবায়), সহকারী কমিশনার (শুল্ক ও আবগারি), সহকারী সচিব (পররাষ্ট্র বিষয়ক), সহকারী কমিশনার (কর) সহ প্রায় সবকটি ক্যাডারেই বেছে বেছে ছাত্রলীগের নেতাকর্মীদের নিয়োগের সুপারিশ করা হয়েছে।
