I was in the car with my mom the other day when gratitud and love randomly shot through my heart!

I realized that in 1 month, I’ll be living (emphasis on living) 11 years with stage 4 breast cancer, when I was told I had at most 2-4.

Later that day, I found this little gem! I made it for a conference I was speaking at in 2022. (Sorry about the editing 😅)

I have experienced so much since then. Some of the most scariest and hardest moments, but also some of the best times of my life!

Cancer is weird.
It’s hard, scary, and I wish no one had to experience it.
But it has also been my greatest life teacher, bringing so much wisdom and teaching me how to live!

For all my cancer thrivers out there— actually for anyone, if you’re in a rough spot, please know you can get through it. It might be hard as hell and some days you’ll want to give up, but don’t.
