এটা শুধু নামেই নরসিংদী কমিউটার,সকালে ঢাকা যাওয়ার সময় ভৈরব থেকেই সব সিট ফিলাপ হয়ে যায়।যে আগে আসবে সে আসন পাবে এই কারনেই ভৈরববাসী সুবিধা বেশি পাচ্ছে।কারন তারা আগে এসে সিট পেয়ে যাচ্ছে।পক্ষান্তরে নরসিংদীর লোকজন দাড়িয়ে / ঝুলে ঝুলে যেতে হচ্ছে।এই ট্রেন যখন চালু হয় তখন এর লোড ছিলো ১১/২২ যা বর্তমানে ৬/১২
তাও একটা গার্ডব্রেক সহ শোভন কোচ,একটা পাওয়ার কার,একটা মহিলা কোচ,বাকি ৩ টা সবার জন্য উন্মুক্ত।
এই ট্রেনে কমিউটার সিস্টেম টিকিট ব্যবস্থা করা দরকার।প্রতিটি স্টেশন থেকে নির্দিষ্ট পরিমান সিট বরাদ্দ থাকবে।তাহলে সবাই সমান সুযোগ পাবে।
