My role as a CEO is one of the most appreciated yet paradoxically underappreciated jobs in the world. A CEO doesn’t just think about the company—they also focus on the people who help achieve its goals. A CEO doesn’t prioritize themselves; they prioritize others. They create long-term goals and strategic visions, not just short-term sales targets.

As a CEO, I face new challenges daily, often under immense pressure. Yet, the hardest part is that a CEO cannot openly show their struggles or vulnerabilities. Life offers no respite: it demands relentless work, 365 days a year, with every angle of the business requiring constant attention.

I didn't understand what would happen with a game. It is not good for me to ponder over Bangladesh and India. It is a matter of sentiment for both India and Bangladesh. What will happen if two friendly countries do this? I believe it's not prudent to dwell on the game. Moreover, the media is exaggerating even more. There are errors on both sides. Since these two countries share a common culture, they should be united.
