Position: Merchandiser – LIDL Buyer
Department: Merchandising

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle all merchandising activities related to the LIDL buyer account.
• Develop and maintain strong communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Follow up on product development, sampling, approvals, and bulk production.
• Ensure on-time order ex*****on and shipment as per buyer requirements.
• Prepare costing, T&A (Time and Action Plan), and maintain production follow-up reports.
• Coordinate closely with the planning, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor raw material booking and consumption according to buyer standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Textile Engineering / Fashion Merchandising / Marketing).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Knit Garments merchandising, handling LIDL buyer is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of knit garments production, fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Capable of working under pressure with a proactive attitude.
