Real Estate Agent Social Media Magic Tips – Episode 3
Did you know?
If you have to tell the story of your business anywhere, it should be in the About Section of your page.
— The About Section = Your digital visiting card.
— It’s the first impression of your brand. Question is: Are you using it properly?
Here’s how to set up your Real Estate Page About Section:
1. Page Name
— Use your real business/brand name.
— Keep it simple, memorable & real estate-focused.
2. Bio (One-Liner About Your Business)
On Facebook, you get 101 characters max.
↳ In one line, explain:
— Who you are
— What you do
— Who you help
Example: Helping Dubai property buyers & sellers close deals faster with smart marketing.
3. CTA (Call To Action)
Your CTA is what turns visitors into leads.
Facebook gives “Action Buttons” like:
— Call Now | Send Message | WhatsApp
Pick the one that matches your sales process.
4. Category Selection
— Choose the correct category (e.g. Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, Brokerage).
— The right category makes you easier to find.
5. Location/Address
— Always add your correct address (or operating city).
— Clients can easily find you via Google Maps & location tags.
6. Contact Info
Don’t forget:
— Mobile Number
— Email
— WhatsApp
— Website
Make it easy for prospects to reach you.
7. Business Hours
— Be clear about your availability (e.g. 10am – 8pm).
— Clients will know exactly when to contact you.
8. Price Range
Give buyers an idea of your service level:
— $ = Low
— $$ = Medium
— $$$ = High
— $$$$ = Premium
This helps filter the right clients for your business.
📌 Remember: Your About Section is more than just info.
It’s the first step to turning a profile visitor into a paying client.
