I was really happy with how these shots came out.
They're from a project breakdown video I made last year for Teyder's Rickshaw music video.

Editing and gear can take you only so far. Lighting and sound can take your content quality miles ahead even with an average camera. My lights and mic have been my best investment so far.

Getting a mic was probably one of my best decisions last year.

Huge payoff.

I have zero skill when it comes to sound mixing and Adobe Podcast can only take you so far. I used to dub my videos because the audio reception on my phone is horrible. It would prove to be really frustrating to dub everything in sync with the movement of my lips and still mismatch.

Now I get to save hours on post production and enjoy the editing process.
