EFL Carabao Cup — Manchester United 2 vs Brighton 3.

What a game… but honestly, I am stunned. 😳 I cannot believe what I’ve just seen. I cannot believe what I’ve just witnessed at this level.

Manchester United were 2 goals up so early in the game, and everything started so well for us. To end up in this position is unbelievable. 😳🤦🏾‍♂️

Are the players really interested? Do they really want to play? Is it the players, is it the coaching, or is it something else? Can somebody please tell me what this is? 🤷🏾‍♂️

At one point, I felt like Brighton were running rings around us. They seemed to have chance after chance, while we struggled to create anything meaningful.

Honestly, as a Manchester United supporter, this is painful… absolutely painful. 😩💔

I love my club, but tonight was very difficult to watch.

On September 11, 2001, the world witnessed a tragedy that touched lives far beyond the borders of America. 🙏🏾❤️💛💚🙏🏾

Today, we remember the thousands of innocent lives lost, the families and loved ones left behind, and all those who ran toward danger to help — emergency and rescue workers, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and countless people who offered comfort, care and support. What you did, and the sacrifices that were made, will never be forgotten. 🙏🏾❤️💛💚🙏🏾

In the midst of such unimaginable tragedy, we also witnessed what humanity is truly capable of — people coming together, strangers helping strangers, showing compassion, courage, love and strength when it was needed most. 🙏🏾❤️💛💚🙏🏾

Twenty-five years later, may we never forget the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the humanity we witnessed that day.

Before the world learned to speak Jamaican, Miss Lou helped Jamaica stand proud in speaking Patois. 🙏🏾❤️💛💚 I had the privilege of meeting Miss Lou, and that is something I will never forget. 🙏🏾✨

Certain souls come here to pave the road, walk it with courage, and leave it open for generations to follow. And The Honourable Louise Simone Bennett-Coverley, OM, OJ, MBE — our beloved Miss Lou — was truly one of those special souls. 🌟🇯🇲

A highly talented, brilliant woman who could have taken her gifts anywhere in the world chose instead to take her talent back to her roots — and from there, she shared Jamaica’s culture, language, humour and traditions with the world. 🌎🇯🇲❤️ She made Patois a language people loved to hear and wanted to speak. When others said, “Speak properly,” Miss Lou turned that around. She taught us to stand tall, embrace our Jamaican identity and be proud of our voice. 🙌🏾🇯🇲 (Speak Patois!) ❤️💛💚

Through her skits, drama, poetry, storytelling, writing, broadcasting and education, she brought laughter into our homes while teaching us about ourselves and our culture. The Lou and Ranny Show and Ring Ding became part of Jamaica’s cultural heartbeat. 📻📺🎭✨ What a woman! A poet, storyteller, actress, folklorist, writer, broadcaster, educator and comedian — a true pioneer and visionary. 👑🌟

Miss Lou, you made Jamaica smile. 🇯🇲❤️💛💚 Your beautiful spirit, your laughter and your voice will never be forgotten. Thank you for helping Jamaica find pride in its own voice and for leaving the door open for generations to come. 🙏🏾❤️💛💚

Once again, we call upon all our prayer warriors around the world to join together in prayer for the people of Nepal, Tibet, and everyone affected by these devastating floods.

We pray for those who have lost their lives. We pray for the families grieving the loss of relatives, friends, and loved ones—and for all those still waiting desperately for news of those who remain missing.

We pray for the first responders, rescue workers, volunteers, doctors, and nurses who continue to put their own lives at risk to help others during this heartbreaking tragedy.

It was deeply painful to hear Sadhguru speak about the Isha pilgrims and volunteers who remain missing. The group had been returning from the Kailash Mansarovar pilgrimage when the floods struck the border region. Sadhguru has appealed for permission to reach the affected area with volunteers and assist with the search and rescue efforts.

May the Most High comfort them all. May He protect the rescue teams, guide them safely through the devastation, and help them bring more survivors home.

Spiritual leader Jaggi Vasudev, popularly known as Sadhguru, said that one of the Kailash groups associated with his organisation Isha Foundation was caught in a flash flood in Gyirong, Tibet-China, and efforts were underway to assist in rescue operations.

He said 77 people from the group were at an immigration centre when the flood occurred.
