Before the match, I simply wanted to wish Cape Verde good luck as the underdogs against the mighty Spain 🇨🇻💙🇪🇸. Spain are world-class champions, but I just had a feeling in my heart that if you’re at a World Cup, you’re there for a reason — and you always have a chance.

It reminded me of the story of David vs Goliath 💪✨.🙏🏾❤️💛💚🙏🏾
The band, the crew, and I headed to the bar to watch the game, and by halftime — and especially three-quarters of the way through — I was sitting there thinking, “Wow… this could actually happen!” 🤯⚽

When I saw Spain’s starting lineup, I honestly felt they could be beaten. The game was too slow, and although they eventually brought on their dangerous wingers, Jamal and Nico Williams, it felt like it was too little, too late. ⏰🏃‍♂️💨
Cape Verde showed incredible heart, belief, and determination. That’s why football is the world’s game — because on any given day, the underdog can dream, compete, and sometimes shock the giants. 🌍⚽❤️
