Itanagar, Oct 10: The All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA) is set to celebrate its 49th Foundation Day cm Golden Jubilee Kickoff from October 13 to 15, 2025, featuring a series of sports and cultural events.
Briefing the media, Jamru Ruja, President of ANYA, informed that the three-day celebration will begin on October 13 with the sports opening ceremony. The event will be graced by Home Minister Mama Natung as Chief Guest, Likha Soni as Guest of Honour, and Neelam John, Chairman of the Sports Authority of Arunachal, as Special Guest.
The cultural opening ceremony, also scheduled for October 13, will be attended by Balo Raja, Minister of Urban Development, as Chief Guest, Pani Taram, Advisor to the PHED Minister, as Guest of Honour, and Tamme Phassang, Mayor of Itanagar Municipal Corporation, as Special Guest.
The main event, commemorating ANYAโs Foundation Day, will be held on October 15. Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein will attend as the Chief Guest, while Prof. Tana Showren, President of the Nyishi Elite Society (NES), will be the Guest of Honour, and Biyuram Wahge, Minister of Health, will join as the Special Guest.
The celebration aims to commemorate the legacy of ANYA and mark the beginning of its Golden Jubilee year, reflecting the unity and cultural vibrancy of the Nyishi community.
