WOW, I’m 40 years old today. 4-0. All of the choices in my life thus far have led me here, a New Yorker of 17 years, director, filmmaker, photographer with the most fairytale group of family, friends, and peers alike. wtf is my life? My work was on a billboard in Times Square. I got to hang out with the man who designed and funded the mars rovers. Travel to Italy with my parents for their first time. Appreciate and analyze art with my blossoming, curious and genius little nieces. Work with my friends MANY MANY times from NYC to miami, to LA and across the globe. Be an integral part of a nuclear reactor startup’s media who very well may change the world’s energy production as we know it. Rub elbows and work with celebrities of the likes of and . Be closely tied with those who help me set personal goals like transforming my body, achieving them and exceeding my thought-to-be ceilings. I don’t know what to say other than I am so supported, so fulfilled, so in awe and yet still so hungry to do more and give back the same love and attention I receive. My cup is so full from all of you in my orbit, both frequent and infrequent, near and far. Your gravity is felt on all of my sensors and those readings are permanent. Thank you for just simply being a being and coming into a new epoch of my life with this kind of energy surrounding me makes me feel like the luckiest 40 year old man walking this planet. I’ll find it hard to wipe a smile from my face and since I’m not doing much for my birthday this year, I’d ask if you have a fond memory of me from your time knowing me, I’d love to hear it and be reminded. Alllllll my love to you all and I’m who I am because of you.

Some places feel less like a destination and more like a photo frame you were luckily placed into. Monopoli was one of those places for me. Monopoli is effortless relaxation with the white stone and fresh salt air — a town where time slows, the horizon glows, and the sea becomes part of your breath. Every day I would spend hours by the water, which, doesn’t have the traditional “beach,” but quickly it became a part of my routine along with the lovely locals. The old port, the lungomare, the pastel walls… it’s beauty that doesn’t try, it just is. I felt home. I truly back to my barese roots. Film developed and scanned by

the energy and excitement for this opening was palpable. i had the pleasure of taking photos and videos of the space and fans who waited in a line that was a block and a half long for 3.5 hours in 96 degree summer heat. You’d think they’d be miserable but everyone was so thrilled. do you feel like I captured the sultry, seductive, mysterious vibe of the space?

Luis (featured first) and Joseph are employees at in miami. i met these gentleman on my last day filming for and it reminds me that im so lucky to have a skill that makes people feel good. These two gents saw my camera and asked if it was cool to photograph them and they couldn’t have been happier to have this moment. It was very refreshing and motivating to experience that. Shoutout to Luis and Joseph
