the energy and excitement for this opening was palpable. i had the pleasure of taking photos and videos of the space and fans who waited in a line that was a block and a half long for 3.5 hours in 96 degree summer heat. You’d think they’d be miserable but everyone was so thrilled. do you feel like I captured the sultry, seductive, mysterious vibe of the space?

Luis (featured first) and Joseph are employees at in miami. i met these gentleman on my last day filming for and it reminds me that im so lucky to have a skill that makes people feel good. These two gents saw my camera and asked if it was cool to photograph them and they couldn’t have been happier to have this moment. It was very refreshing and motivating to experience that. one of my fav shoots with for at the . it’s wild how being at that motel felt like we were in a movie. we also shot on film for another set with flash that looked completely different. the ambient light was its own vibe that i just had to have as well. are you a flash or ambient light person?
