My name is Md.

Tahatul Azid, and I am an undergraduate student of the Urban & Regional Planning discipline at Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology in Bangladesh. I’m experienced with a demonstrated history of working in the club, non-profit organizations, and other volunteering works and also did a virtual internship in a non-profit organization. There I learned the strategies of Corporate Simulation

Program. Currently, I am working as a Facilitator in “WAVE Foundation” and as a YES Member in “Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB)” as well. I want to explore new challenges and tries to learn from my mistakes. Thanks to all of you for visiting my profile.

On this World Environment Day, let's pause to reflect on the beauty of our planet 🌍 and the urgent need to protect it. Our Earth is a precious home, filled with diverse ecosystems, majestic creatures 🦁🐋, and breathtaking landscapes 🏞️. However, it is facing unprecedented challenges due to climate change 🌡️, pollution 🏭, deforestation 🌳✂️, and loss of biodiversity 🐾.

This year, the focus is on land restoration, combating desertification, and building drought resilience with the powerful message: 'Our land. Our future.'

This day serves as a reminder that each one of us has a role to play in safeguarding our environment 🌿. As elected public representatives and governing bodies members, we must understand our role and responsibilities in creating sustainable, resilient cities.

২০২৩ সাল, দেখেতে দেখতে চলে গেলো চোখের পলকে। খুব দ্রুত বহমান বছর বলেই মনে হলো নিজের কাছে। এই বছরটি দেখতে গেলে খুব একটা খারাপ যায় নি। সর্বপরি আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, আল্লাহর কাছে অশেষ শুকরিয়া। 💙

২০২৩ সালে নিজের ঝুলিতে কিছু অর্জনঃ

✅ ১ টি #জার্নাল_পেপার (মেইন অথর হিসেবে) এবং একটি #কনফারেন্স_পেপার পাবলিশ করতে সক্ষম হই।
✅ Transparency International Pakistan (TI-P) এ #ভিজিডি মনিটরিং এর কাজ করার জন্য বিবেচ্য হই।
✅ ৪ টি ভিন্ন ভিন্ন স্কিলের উপর লাইভ ট্রেইনিং এবং কোর্স করা সম্ভব হয়েছে।
✅ টানা ৩য় বারের মত #টিআইবি তে #ওয়েব_পোর্টাল_অ্যানালাইসিস এর কাজ করার সুযোগ হয়েছে।
✅ Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) এর নগর ও অঞ্চল পরিকল্পনা বিভাগের সম্মানিত শিক্ষক Shakil Ar Salan স্যারের সাথে স্যারের একটি প্রজেক্টে Field Enumerator হিসেবে কাজ করার সুযোগ হয়েছে।
✅ Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) এ ৬ মাস ব্যাপি #ইন্টার্নশিপের সুযোপ পেয়েছি এবং মাত্র ২ মাসের মাঝে ২ টি একটিভ সিটিজেন্স গ্রুপ ( #এসিজি) গঠন করতে সক্ষম হয়েছি।
✅ WAVE Foundation এর সিটিজেন লেড অ্যাসেসমেন্ট ( #সিএলএ) প্রজেক্টে রাজশাহী অংশের সমাপ্তিতে অংশগ্রহণ, নিজের মাঠ পর্যায়ে মাস্টার ট্রেইনার হিসেবে এবং ফেসিলিটেটর হিসেবে অভিজ্ঞতা বিনিময়ের সুযোগ হয়েছে।
✅ বাংলাদেশে নিযুক্ত ব্রিটিশ হাইকমিশনার এর সাথে সরাসরি সাক্ষাৎ ও মতবিনিময় এর সুযোগ পেয়েছি।
✅ একটি জাতীয় প্রজেক্ট (MFS) এ Assistant Field Enumerator হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হয়েছি, যদিও ইন্টার্নশিপের জন্য কাজ করার সুযোগ হয়নি।
✅ সবশেষে এর মত প্রজেক্টে কাজ করার সুযোগ পেয়েছি।

এক কথায় বছরটি বেশ ভালোই কেটেছে। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ 😊😊 সবশেষে এটাই বলতে চাই, আগামী বছর আরও সুন্দর ও সাবলীল হোক এটাই চাওয়া। 😊💛

🌿 Throwback to my college days at Notre Dame College, Dhaka! 📚🎓

Back in 2017, I had the privilege to participate in the 8th National Nature Summit. 🌍🌱 Alongside my friend Shihab Waheed, we embarked on an incredible journey, showcasing our project centered around the theme "Environmental Friendly Campus." 🏫🌿

Today, I'm proud to say that our hard work paid off as our project clinched the 2nd Runner-up place! 🥉✨

Years may have passed, but the memories of that day continue to inspire me. 📆💭

Grateful to have successfully completed my two-week virtual internship at 'Black Brains' - Corporate Simulation Program (CSP) from August 16 to August 30, 2020. 📅

During this enriching experience, I had the opportunity to showcase my work ethic, skills, promptness, responsibilities, and attention to detail as a virtual intern. 🙌
