চিকেন রোস্ট রেসিপি👇

মুরগি ১টি
আদা বাটা ১টে.চামচ
রসুন বাটা ১টে. চামচ
টক দই ১/৪কাপ
পেঁয়াজ বাটা ১/৪কাপ
কাঁচামরিচ বাটা 1চামচ
বাদাম বাটা ১চা. চামচ
কিসমিস বাটা ১চা. চামচ
জয়ফল ও জয়ত্রী বাটা ১/২চা চামচ
টমেটো সস 1টে চামচ
জিরা গুড়া ১চামচ
ধনিয়া গুড়া 1চামচ
মরিচ গুড়া ১চামচ
লবন স্বাদ মতো
চিনি ১চামচ
লেবুর রস সামান্য
গুড়া দুধ ১টে চামচ
কেওড়া জল ১/২চামচ
ঘি ১টে চামচ

প্রণালী:
👉 প্রথমে মুরগিতে সামান্য লবন ও মরিচের গুড়া মেখে ঘি তে ভাজতে হবে
👉সব বাটা মসলা ও গুড়া মসলা একসাথে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে
👉তেলে পেঁয়াজ কুচি দিয়ে বেরেস্তা করে উঠিয়ে রাখতে হবে। তারপর ওই তেলে সব বাটা মসলার মিশ্রণ দিয়ে কষিয়ে নিতে হবে।
👉তারপর মুরগি দিয়ে কষিয়ে সামান্য পানি দিয়ে মুরগি সেদ্ধ করতে হবে।
👉এরপর তাতে টমেটো সস, বেরেস্তা, গুরাদুধ, চিনি ও লেবুর রস দিয়ে 10মিনিট দমে রাখতে হবে।
👉নামানোর আগে সামান্য ঘি দিতে হবে।
