BayFi is looking for a skilled, detail-driven Video Editor who understands how to craft high-performing content for social media and ads. If you know how to hook attention, maintain retention, and turn ideas into engaging visuals — this role is for you.

You’ll help us craft scroll-stopping, story-driven videos for social media, ads, and brand campaigns — from snappy short-form reels to polished long-form edits.
Your responsibilities include:
→ Editing & producing Reels, TikToks, UGC content, ad creatives & promos
→ Creating motion graphics & animated assets to bring stories to life
→ Collaborating with our marketing & creative team to meet project goals
→ Maintaining brand consistency across all visual/video outputs
→ Using AI-powered tools to speed up editing & enhance creativity
→ Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently
🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞
→ Videos that capture attention in the first 3 seconds
→ High engagement, retention & watch time
→ Consistent delivery of clean, polished, high-quality edits
→ Continuous improvement in video performance
✅ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
✦ Minimum 1+ year of real-world video editing experience
✦ Strong understanding of retention editing, hooks & pacing
✦ Proficiency in: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
✦ Good sense of visual storytelling, typography & color
✦ Motion graphics & animation skills (preferred)
✦ Strong portfolio (required — must include video work)
✦ Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
✦ Understanding of social media formats & trends
⭐ 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞
→ Experience working with brands or agencies
→ Edited UGC or paid ad creatives
→ Experience using AI tools (CapCut AI, Runway, etc.)
💼 Role Details
Position: Video Editor (Full-time, On-site)
Salary: 25,000 – 50,000 BDT/month (based on skill & performance)
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (Saturday–Thursday, Friday off)
Probation: 3 Months
Location: Rangpur, Bangladesh (On-site)
