For security and efficient management of Hall Fest 05, the main gate will be closed promptly at 8:00 PM on 8th November. To ensure smooth entry and avoid any inconvenience, we strongly request all registered participants and alumni to arrive before 8:00 PM.

This measure is in place to help us provide a safe and well-organized event for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Important Announcement: T-Shirt & Food Distribution Guidelines for Hall Fest 05 📢

To ensure smooth and efficient distribution, please carefully follow the guidelines below:

👕 T-Shirt Distribution:

✅ Running Students: Please collect your T-shirts on November 7th night. There will be no distribution after this time; however, You can pick them up from departmental representatives afterward.
✅ Alumni: T-shirts will be available at the NITER main gate on 8th November.

🍱 Food Distribution:

✅ Running Students: Food distribution ends by 12:00 PM (in emergencies, 12:30 PM). Stay tuned for location updates.
✅ Alumni: Food distribution concludes at 2:00 PM (in emergencies, 2:10 PM). We respectfully request all alumni collect their food on time to ensure quality.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to make Hall Fest 05 an enjoyable experience for all!
