ভেবে দেখলাম আমার জীবনে যেসকল অপ্রাপ্তি রয়েছে, তার কারণ টা আমি নিজেই। ভুল টা ঠিক কোথায় হয় আমি তা বুঝতে পারিনা, শুধু একটা সময়ের পর বুঝি ভুল করেছি।

আমি আজীবন সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত ভুল জায়গায় নিয়েছি, নয়তো সঠিক জায়গায় ভুল সিদ্ধান্ত। সঠিক সময়ে সঠিক কোনো কাজই আমার দ্বারা এযাবৎ পর্যন্ত হয়নি, ভুল টা হয়তো এখানেই।

মাঝেমাঝে ভাবি আর ভাববো না; কপালে যা আছে তা-ই তো হবে, কিন্তু আমি এতটাই নিষ্কর্মা যে ভাবনাদের কি করে উপেক্ষা করতে হয় সেটাও জানিনা।
