ইদানিং নিউজফিডে বেশিরভাগ ধ*র্ষণে*র সংবাদ দেখা যাচ্ছে।
ইসলামে ব্যাভিচারী এবং ধ*র্ষ*ণকারীকে জনসম্মুখে শা*স্তির বিধান রাখা হয়েছে। আর এর শা*স্তির দুটি স্থর রয়েছে। তার প্রথমটি হল হলো ১০০ বেত্রাঘাত, দ্বিতীয়টি পাথর মে*রে হ*ত্যা করা।
পবিত্র কোরআনে মহান আল্লাহ তায়ালা বলেছেন, ‘তাদের শা*স্তি দিতে যেন তোমাদের মনে দয়ার উদ্রেক না হয় এবং মুসলমানদের একটি দল যেন তাদের শা*স্তি প্রত্যক্ষ করে।’
কোরআন বা হাদিসে ধ*র্ষণকে ভিন্নভাবে সংজ্ঞায়িত করা হয়নি। বরং বিবাহবহির্ভূত যে কোনো যৌ*ন সম্পর্কই ইসলামে অপরাধ হিসেবে গণ্য। ফলে ব্যাভিচারী ও ধ*র্ষক উভয়ের জন্যই কঠোর শাস্তি নিশ্চিত করেছে ইসলাম।
আজ ধ*র্ষণের একটা বিচারও যদি কোরআনের আইন মতো করা হতো,
যদি ইসলামী হু*কু*মত কায়েম থাকতো,
তাহলে আজ এত এত ধ*র্ষ*ণ এর সংবাদ শুনতে হতো না।
