অনেকেই ভাবেন Excel শিখতে শত শত Formula জানতে হবে। বাস্তবে কিন্তু অফিসের বেশিরভাগ কাজ মাত্র এই ৩০টি Formula দিয়েই করা যায়। এগুলোর ব্যবহার বুঝে ফেললে রিপোর্ট, হিসাব, HR, Accounts, Sales, Admin—সব ধরনের কাজ অনেক সহজ হয়ে যায়।

সবচেয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় ৩০টি Excel Formula

১. SUM → "=SUM(A1:A10)"
একাধিক সংখ্যার যোগফল বের করে।

২. AVERAGE → "=AVERAGE(A1:A10)"
গড় (Average) নির্ণয় করে।

৩. COUNT → "=COUNT(A1:A10)"
শুধু সংখ্যাযুক্ত সেলের সংখ্যা গণনা করে।

৪. COUNTA → "=COUNTA(A1:A10)"
খালি ছাড়া সব সেল গণনা করে।

৫. MAX → "=MAX(A1:A10)"
সর্বোচ্চ মান বের করে।

৬. MIN → "=MIN(A1:A10)"
সর্বনিম্ন মান বের করে।

৭. IF → "=IF(A2>=40,"Pass","Fail")"
শর্ত অনুযায়ী ফলাফল দেখায়।

৮. IFS → "=IFS(A2>=80,"A+",A2>=70,"A",TRUE,"B")"
একাধিক শর্ত পরীক্ষা করে।

৯. IFERROR → "=IFERROR(A2/B2,"Error")"
Error হলে নির্দিষ্ট ফলাফল দেখায়।

১০. AND → "=AND(A2>=40,B2>=40)"
সব শর্ত সত্য হলে TRUE দেয়।

১১. OR → "=OR(A2>=80,B2>=80)"
যেকোনো একটি শর্ত সত্য হলেই TRUE দেয়।

১২. NOT → "=NOT(A2>50)"
শর্তের বিপরীত ফলাফল দেয়।

১৩. SUMIF → "=SUMIF(A:A,"Dhaka",B:B)"
একটি শর্ত অনুযায়ী যোগফল করে।

১৪. SUMIFS → "=SUMIFS(C:C,A:A,"Dhaka",B:B,"Sales")"
একাধিক শর্ত অনুযায়ী যোগফল করে।

১৫. COUNTIF → "=COUNTIF(A:A,"Male")"
একটি শর্ত অনুযায়ী গণনা করে।

১৬. COUNTIFS → "=COUNTIFS(A:A,"Male",B:B,"Dhaka")"
একাধিক শর্ত অনুযায়ী গণনা করে।

১৭. AVERAGEIF → "=AVERAGEIF(A:A,"Sales",B:B)"
একটি শর্ত অনুযায়ী গড় বের করে।

১৮. VLOOKUP → "=VLOOKUP(E2,A:D,4,FALSE)"
টেবিল থেকে তথ্য খুঁজে আনে।

১৯. XLOOKUP → "=XLOOKUP(E2,A:A,D:D)"
আধুনিক ও আরও শক্তিশালী Lookup Formula।

২০. INDEX → "=INDEX(C:C,5)"
নির্দিষ্ট অবস্থানের মান ফেরত দেয়।

২১. MATCH → "=MATCH("Rahim",A:A,0)"
কোনো মানের অবস্থান (Position) খুঁজে বের করে।

২২. LEFT → "=LEFT(A2,3)"
বাম দিক থেকে নির্দিষ্ট অক্ষর নেয়।

২৩. RIGHT → "=RIGHT(A2,3)"
ডান দিক থেকে নির্দিষ্ট অক্ষর নেয়।

২৪. MID → "=MID(A2,2,4)"
মাঝখান থেকে নির্দিষ্ট অংশ নেয়।

২৫. LEN → "=LEN(A2)"
মোট অক্ষরের সংখ্যা গণনা করে।

২৬. TRIM → "=TRIM(A2)"
অপ্রয়োজনীয় অতিরিক্ত Space মুছে দেয়।

২৭. CONCAT → "=CONCAT(A2," ",B2)"
একাধিক Text একসাথে যুক্ত করে।

২৮. ROUND → "=ROUND(A2,2)"
দশমিক সংখ্যা নির্দিষ্ট ঘর পর্যন্ত Round করে।

২৯. TODAY → "=TODAY()"
বর্তমান তারিখ দেখায়।

৩০. NETWORKDAYS → "=NETWORKDAYS(A2,B2)"
দুই তারিখের মধ্যে মোট কর্মদিবস (Working Days) গণনা করে।
