এটি হলো Moderator Band — একটি muscular bridge যা right ventricle-এ থাকে এবং interventricular septum-কে anterior papillary muscle-এর সাথে যুক্ত করে।
🔹 আরো পরিচিত নাম: Septomarginal Trabecula
🔹 পাওয়া যায় শুধুই: Right Ventricle-এ (left-এ কখনোই না!)
🔹 কাজ: Right bundle branch-এর কিছু অংশ anterior wall-এ পৌঁছে দেয় — ফলে contraction হয় একসঙ্গে ও সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে।
🔹 অতিরিক্ত ভূমিকা: Right ventricle-কে overstretch হওয়া থেকে রক্ষা করে এবং tricuspid valve-এর কাজকে সঠিক রাখে।
🔹 ক্লিনিক্যাল টিপ: Echocardiography-তে স্পষ্টভাবে দেখা যায় — clot বা অন্য কোনো অস্বাভাবিকতার সাথে যেন গুলিয়ে না ফেলেন!

সংজ্ঞা (Definition): Non-disjunction হলো একটি জেনেটিক ত্রুটি, যেখানে homologous chromosomes অথবা sister chromatids সঠিকভাবে আলাদা (separate) হয় না cell division-এর সময়।

Non-disjunction-এর ধরনসমূহ (Forms of Non-disjunction):

Meiosis I: এই ধাপে homologous chromosomes আলাদা হয় না। এর ফলে দুইটি gamete-তে অতিরিক্ত chromosome এবং দুইটি gamete-তে কোনো chromosome থাকে না।

Meiosis II: এই ধাপে sister chromatids আলাদা হয় না। ফলে একটি gamete-তে অতিরিক্ত chromosome এবং একটি gamete-তে কম chromosome থাকতে পারে।

Mitosis: এটি somatic cell division-এর সময় ঘটে, যেখানে sister chromatids সঠিকভাবে আলাদা না হলে কিছু cell-এ অতিরিক্ত বা কম chromosome থাকতে পারে, যা mosaicism-এর কারণ হতে পারে।

Non-Disjunction
Definition: Failure of homologous chromosomes or sister chromatids to separate properly during cell division.

Forms of Non-disjunction:
Meiosis I: Failure of homologous chromosomes to separate.

Meiosis II: Failure of sister chromatids to separate.

Mitosis: Failure of sister chromatids to separate during somatic cell division.

Induction: কোষের পারস্পরিক ক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে Organ গঠনের প্রক্রিয়া

Organ গঠিত হয় বিভিন্ন কোষ এবং টিস্যুর পারস্পরিক interaction এর মাধ্যমে। একটি কোষের গ্রুপ, যাকে inducer বলা হয়, অন্য একটি কোষের গ্রুপকে signal পাঠায় যাতে তারা তাদের ভবিষ্যৎ গন্তব্য বা fate পরিবর্তন করে—এই প্রক্রিয়াকে বলা হয় induction।

এই signal-এর response দিতে হলে, responder টিসুর competence থাকতে হয়, অর্থাৎ তারা সেই signal-এর প্রতি সাড়া দেওয়ার জন্য প্রস্তুত। এর জন্য প্রয়োজন হয় একটি competence factor যা responder tissue-কে activate করে।

একটি সাধারণ induction প্রক্রিয়া হলো epithelial–mesenchymal interaction:

Epithelial cells: এটি সাধারণত sheets বা tubes আকারে সজ্জিত থাকে।

Mesenchymal cells: এগুলো scattered এবং fibrous ধরনের হয়।

উদাহরণ:

Gut endoderm + mesenchyme → liver এবং pancreas গঠনে সাহায্য করে

Limb mesenchyme + ectoderm → limb বা অঙ্গের বিকাশ ঘটায়

Ureteric bud (epithelium) + metanephric mesenchyme → kidney তে nephron তৈরি করে

Induction কখনও কখনও দুইটি epithelial tissues এর মধ্যে হতে পারে, যেমন optic cup এর epithelium দ্বারা lens এর induction।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণভাবে, প্রথম signal-এর পরেও, tissue গুলোর মধ্যে continuous crosstalk প্রয়োজন হয় যাতে proper development এবং differentiation চলতে পারে।
