BIT মডেল প্রস্তাবনার দাবিতে আন্দোলনরত বরিশাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কলেজের শিক্ষার্থীদের উপর পুলিশ ও সেনাবাহিনী কর্তৃক হামলার তীব্র নিন্দা ও প্রতিবাদ জানিয়ে সিলেট ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কলেজের তাৎক্ষণিক প্রতিবাদ মিছিল।

We are delighted to share that our respected Head of the Department, Md. Shahid Iqbal Sir, has successfully completed his Ph.D. from Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET), Gazipur.

Since taking charge as the Head of the Department of EEE in 2018, Sir has always been approachable, supportive and respectful toward students, colleagues and staff alike. His dedication to academic excellence and research is truly inspiring.

As part of his Ph.D. work, he has published two high-impact journal papers.

1. "A hybrid optimization algorithm for improving load frequency control in interconnected power systems"

২০১৩ সালে কত বড় সন্ত্রাস চালাইছিলো, সেটার প্রমান।
অফিসিয়ালি ৩৫ টা বোমা মারছিলো, ৩০ টা গাড়ি ভাঙচুর করেছিলো ওরা।

বিএসসি ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের প্রতি বৈষম্য নিরসনের ৩ দফা দাবিতে রাজশাহীতে শিক্ষার্থীদের বিক্ষোভ সমাবেশ.

সর্ববৃহৎ সমাবেশের আয়োজন করে বিএসসি ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের অধিকার আদায়ে লড়াই। রাজশাহীর বুকে যেন নেমে আসলো সেই ঐতিহাসিক জুলাই।
স্যালুট বীর যোদ্ধাদের।

ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের দাবিসমূহঃ
১. Assistant Engineer (৯ম গ্রেড) পদের নিয়োগ সরাসরি পরীক্ষার মাধ্যমে হতে হবে; কোনো প্রমোশনাল কোটা থাকবে না।
২. Sub-Assistant Engineer (১০ম গ্রেড) পদের জন্য সকল ধরণের ডিপ্লোমা কোটা বাদ দিয়ে সকল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের জন্য উন্মুক্ত করতে হবে।
৩. বিএসসি ডিগ্রি ছাড়া কেউ ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হবে না।
