AI Automation is making business operations faster and smarter — and I just built my own version of it! 🤖✨

I created an AI-powered Internal Operations Assistant — an automation project that fully automates a company's HR and IT operations through a simple Telegram bot.

How does it work?
👉 Employees message a Telegram bot, and the AI instantly understands if they need a leave request, an IT ticket, or a policy answer
👉 Leave requests notify the manager immediately with Approve/Reject buttons
👉 If there's no response within 24 hours, the system automatically escalates it
👉 IT/HR issues become tracked tickets, with instant alerts for urgent cases
👉 Every week, the AI generates a report and emails it to management — completely on its own

Everything runs on n8n workflow automation, AI (Llama 3.3 via Groq), Google Sheets, and the Telegram Bot API — with zero manual work involved.

This project taught me how to design real-world AI agents, handle automation errors properly, and build something genuinely business-ready.

🎙️ I just finished building an AI receptionist for a real business — and I'm excited to share it.

Her name is Lila, and she works for Ostad Academy. Call her, and she'll answer in English or Bangla, tell you about courses and fees, check class schedules, book a free consultation, save your info as a lead if you're still deciding, or connect you to a real person if you need one. After every call, she logs the transcript, summary, and sentiment automatically.

Behind the scenes: Retell AI handles the voice conversation, n8n runs the automation, and Google Sheets is the database — all wired together with webhooks.

It wasn't a smooth build — spent real time debugging spreadsheet mismatches and a platform bug that blocked tool connections — but watching it handle a full call end-to-end was a great feeling.
