On this Mother's Day, we celebrate not just the word "mother" but the unwavering spirit behind it. There is a woman each of us is always sure of โ€” her love, her strength, her sacrifices, and her quiet, constant presence. That woman is our mother.

From the first breath we take, she becomes our anchor. We may outgrow her lap, but we never outgrow her wisdom or her prayers. She may not always say much, but her actions speak volumes. In a world full of uncertainty, she is the one person we can count on โ€” in joy or in sorrow, success or failure.

She remembers our favorite meals, worries about our smallest aches, and somehow finds the strength to carry us even when her own heart is heavy. Her love doesnโ€™t ask for perfection, just presence. She doesnโ€™t need grand gestures to feel valued โ€” a simple โ€œthank youโ€ and a hug can mean the world to her.

This Mother's Day, let us honor that woman we are always sure of โ€” not just for what she does, but for who she is. She is our first home, our fiercest protector, and our lifelong friend. Her love is a gift we carry forever.

The final chord has faded. The stage lights dim, not on a triumphant encore, but on a silence that echoes with the absence of a voice that once roared with youthful rebellion and later softened with heartfelt ballads. Bon Jovi, the name synonymous with anthemic rock and the soundtrack of a generation, is no more.
From the gritty clubs of New Jersey, where a young Jon Bongiovi dreamt loud enough for the world to hear, a band was born. Bon Jovi, fueled by raw energy and catchy hooks, burst onto the scene, their music an unapologetic celebration of big hair, electric guitars, and the yearning spirit of the 80s. "Livin' on a Prayer," an anthem for the working class, became more than just a song; it was a lifeline, a shared cry of hope in a world that often felt unforgiving.
Through the years, the band weathered storms, lineup changes, and the ever-shifting tides of musical trends. Yet, Bon Jovi's music remained a constant, evolving but always retaining that signature blend of rock grit and pop sensibility. From the rebellious "You Give Love a Bad Name" to the enduring power of "Always," their songs painted stories of love, loss, and the unwavering pursuit of dreams.
The news of his passing feels like a punch to the gut, a sudden silence where a familiar roar used to be. The arenas that once pulsed with the energy of thousands singing along to every word now stand empty, the guitars now still. The world has lost not just a musician, but a voice that understood the heart of a generation, a storyteller who gave us anthems to live by and ballads to heal our wounds. The music will live on, a testament to a life lived loud and a legacy etched in the hearts of millions, but the stage feels undeniably darker now that Bon Jovi's light has faded.

Their live performances during this period were electrifying, showcasing Freddie Mercuryโ€™s unparalleled stage presence and the band's musical versatility. The *The Miracle* era saw the band continue to experiment with new sounds while maintaining the infectious energy that had made them legends. George Harrison: The only guitarist called the friend of Bangladesh

George Harrison, the iconic guitarist of The Beatles, holds a special place in the hearts of Bangladeshis. It's been 23 years that he is not with us. His unwavering support for the country during its struggle for independence and his subsequent humanitarian efforts have solidified his legacy as a true friend of Bangladesh.

In 1971, East Pakistan was embroiled in a brutal war for independence from West Pakistan. The conflict led to a massive refugee crisis, with millions fleeing to neighboring India. The international community largely remained indifferent, but George Harrison, along with his friend and collaborator Ravi Shankar, took action. They organized the historic "Concert for Bangladesh," a groundbreaking music event that brought together a stellar lineup of artists, including Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, and Leon Russell. The concert raised significant funds for UNICEF's relief efforts in Bangladesh, bringing much-needed aid to the suffering refugees.

The "Concert for Bangladesh" was more than just a musical event; it was a powerful statement of solidarity with the people of Bangladesh. It raised global awareness about the crisis and inspired others to lend a helping hand. The concert's success paved the way for future benefit concerts and solidified George Harrison's reputation as a humanitarian.

Beyond his musical contributions, George Harrison's personal connection to Bangladesh deepened over the years. He visited the country in 1997, meeting with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and expressing his admiration for Bangladesh's resilience and progress. His visit further strengthened the bond between him and the Bangladeshi people.

George Harrison's legacy as a friend of Bangladesh endures. His "Concert for Bangladesh" remains a beacon of hope and compassion, reminding us of the power of music and human kindness. His unwavering support for the country during its darkest hour will forever be remembered and cherished by the people of Bangladesh.
