সাবেক আইনমন্ত্রী আনিসুল হকের ব্যক্তিগত সহকারী (পিএস) তৌফিকা করিমের ১১৪টি ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট জ'ব্দের নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন আদালত। সোমবার (২৯ সেপ্টেম্বর) ঢাকা মহানগর জ্যেষ্ঠ বিশেষ জজ সাব্বির ফয়েজের আদালত এই আদেশ দেন। এসব অ্যাকাউন্টে অ'বৈ'ধ লেনদেন হয়েছে ৬৫৩ কোটি ৩৬ লাখ টাকা।
জব্দ করার স্বপক্ষে আদালত যেসব যুক্তি দেওয়া হয়- অভিযুক্ত তৌফিকা করিম সাবেক আইনমন্ত্রী আনিসুল হকের বান্ধবী ও সাবেক পিএস। তিনি আইনমন্ত্রীর ক্ষমতার অ'প'ব্যবহার করে আদালতে আ'সা'মি জামিন, নিয়োগ বাণিজ্য, বদলির তদবিরসহ নানা অ'প'কর্ম করে উপার্জন করেন। উপার্জিত অর্থ দ্বারা ফ্ল্যাট, গাড়ি ও জমি ক্রয় করাসহ বিদেশে অর্থ'পা'চার করে মানি'ল'ন্ডারিংয়েল অ'প'রাধ করায় তার স্বার্থ-সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তি ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের নামে পরিচালিত ১১৪টি ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট জব্দ করা হয়।
এসব অ্যাকাউন্টে মোট ৬৫৩ কোটি ৩৬ লাখ ৫৮ হাজার ১৩১ টাকা জমা এবং ৫৬৬ কোটি ৩৮ লাখ ১৭ হাজার ৫৭৫ টাকা উত্তোলন হয়েছে। অ্যাকাউন্টগুলোতে বর্তমানে ৮৬ কোটি ৯৮ লাখ ৪০ হাজার ৫৫৬ টাকা স্থিতি রয়েছে।
