১৯৭৪ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত উচ্চতর ব্যাংকিং শিক্ষা, গবেষণা ও প্রশিক্ষণ বিষয়ক প্রতিষ্ঠান। বর্তমানে এখানে Masters of Bank Management ( MBM), EMBM ছাড়াও ৬ মাস মেয়াদি " Certified Expert in Anti- Money Laundering and Financial Crime ( CEAF) সহ ৯ বিষয়ে সার্টিফিকেট প্রোগ্রাম কোর্ডিনেট করে। এছাড়া ব্যাংকিং শিক্ষা নিয়ে কাজ করে। এটি ঢাকায় মিরপুর ২ এ অবস্থিত।
"বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক " এর গভর্নর পদাধিকারবলে এটির চেয়ারম্যান। বিভিন্ন ব্যাংকের প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা অর্থাত MD/ CEO গণ নির্বহী সদস্য। এছাড়াও ABB এর চেয়ারম্যান এবং Dhaka University এর বিজনেস অনুষদের ডীনও এটির নির্বাহী সদস্য।
এখানকার প্রফেসরগণ অনেক অভিজ্ঞতা ও দক্ষতা সম্পন্ন।
