Raspberry Cream Layer Cake (No-Bake)

Ingredients
For the Base:
• 300 g butter cookies (petibör, oatmeal, or any type you like)
• 120 g melted butter
Raspberry Cream Layer:
• 200 g fresh raspberries
• 200 ml whipped cream
• 200 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
• 1 cup powdered sugar
Vanilla Cream Layer:
• 200 ml whipped cream
• 200 g cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
For the Topping:
• Whipped cream
• Fresh raspberries
• Mint leaves
• A small amount of powdered sugar

Preparation
1️⃣ Prepare the Base
1. Process the cookies in a food processor until they reach a fine flour consistency.
2. Mix in the melted butter to achieve a slightly moist sandy texture.
3. Press the mixture into a square or round mold.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the Raspberry Cream
1. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
2. Gently fold in the whipped cream with a spatula.
3. Add the raspberries to the mixture, either mashed or whole.
4. It should be a bright pink color with a creamy texture.
5. Pour it over the cooled base and smooth it out.
3️⃣ Prepare the Vanilla Cream
1. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
2. Add the vanilla.
3. Gently fold in the whipped cream with a spatula.
4. Carefully spread over the raspberry layer.
4️⃣ Chilling
• Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
• This allows the layers to set perfectly and slice cleanly.
5️⃣ Decorating
Before serving:
• Pipe whipped cream on top
• Place fresh raspberries
• Add a few mint leaves
• Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar

Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Twisted Doughnuts Recipe 🍩 😋 😍

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour – 2½ cups (312g)
Warm milk – ¾ cup (180ml)
Active dry yeast – 2¼ tsp (7g or 1 sachet)
Sugar – ¼ cup (50g)
Butter – 3 tbsp (42g), softened
Egg – 1 large
Salt – ½ tsp
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Nutmeg – ¼ tsp (optional, for flavor)
Oil – for deep frying
Extra sugar – for coating

Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and nutmeg. Add the yeast mixture, egg, vanilla, and softened butter. Mix to form a soft dough.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the risen dough and roll it out to about ½-inch thickness. Cut into strips about 8 inches long and 1 inch wide. Take each strip and twist it,

Garlic Pan Shrimp

Ingredients
Shrimp, peeled & deveined
Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Olive oil
Red pepper flakes
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon juice + wedges for serving
Fresh parsley, chopped
Butter (optional for scampi-style richness)
Crusty bread (for dipping!)

Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

2️⃣ Infuse the Oil
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced garlic and cook until lightly golden and fragrant (don’t burn it!).

3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
Add shrimp to the pan.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Add red pepper flakes and toss.

4️⃣ Add Flavor Boost
Stir in a small k**b of butter (optional but delicious).
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
Top with parsley.

5️⃣ Serve Hot

ONE DOUGH FOR 90+ COOKIES!

Want to surprise your family with something easy, productive and delicious?
With this recipe you will prepare more than 90 homemade cookies with just one basic dough**. The best part is that you can give them a thousand different shapes and finishes, so that each tray is unique.

Ingredients:
400g butter or margarine
250 g of icing sugar
1 egg
500g of common flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Zest of 1 lemon or 1 orange

Procedure:
1. In a bowl, place the butter at room temperature along with the sugar and vanilla. Whip until you get a soft and fluffy cream.
2. Add the egg and mix well.
3. Combine sifted flour with salt and grated citrus. It forms a tender and homogeneous dough.
4. Pass prep to a pastry sleeve and shape cookies into a plate. You can make sticks, circles, cups or however you prefer.
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 15 minutes, until the base is barely golden.

Irresistible decoration:
Dip half of some cookies in melted chocolate.
Place jam or caramel in the middle of each other.
And if you want to give them a special touch, add chopped nuts over chocolate.

With just one effort, you'll have a giant tray of cookies ready to sell or gift
