**Quinoa or Brown Rice which one will you choose for your diet?**🍚🍚🍚
Quinoa definitely comes out on top in terms of health. It’s got more protein—8 grams per cup compared to brown rice's 4.52 grams. Sure, quinoa has a bit more fat, with 4 grams per cup, while brown rice has about 1.62 grams. But on the bright side, quinoa has fewer carbs, with 39 grams per cup, versus brown rice, which has 45.8 grams.
From a nutritional point of view, quinoa is more nutritious. It’s got more protein and fiber, making it a great choice if you want to feel full longer. So, when you’re looking to add something healthy to your meals, quinoa could be the way to go!
