The 15th century Veere Town Hall is located on the Markt in Veere, Zeeland. It is a Late Gothic building featuring statues of the four lords and three ladies of Veere on its façade. The ground floor houses 'De Vierschaar', the area where the city administration dispensed justice until 1811. Today, it forms part of Museum Veere, which displays items such as the gilded silver cup of Maximilian of Burgundy. The town hall is included in the Top 100 list of the National

Unesco World Heritage site Kinderdijk.

The windmills of Kinderdijk were built between 1738 and 1740. During that period, windmills were built in Kinderdijk to regulate the water level in the polders: excess water from the polders was discharged into the River Lek. Twenty windmills were built in the Nederwaard and Overwaard water boards. Today, 19 of them remain.
