KATCHI for Navigo Visserijmuseum

🎬 De voorbije 5 jaar werkten we aan een zeer bijzonder project:
🐳 Het verhaal van potvis Valentijn:
van opgraving tot installatie in Navigo

Dank voor de zeer fijne samenwerking Jadrana Demoen, Pieter Cornillie, Jurgen Decraene, Patrick Vervaet en natuurlijk ook Koksijde - Oostduinkerke

In 2019 werd potvis Valentijn opgegraven. Het team van Prof. dr. Pieter Cornillie van de Universiteit Gent, faculteit diergeneeskunde - vakgroep Morfologie maakte zijn skelet museumklaar. Ondertussen hangt het skelet in de gloednieuwe museumvleugel. Kom potvis Valentijn bezoeken vanaf 7 september 20...

🐳 Een hoogtepunt in het traject van potvis Valentijn. Vandaag werd hij opgehangen in zijn nieuwe thuis in Oostduinkerke.
🎥 Wij waren bevoorrechte getuigen.
Opening van het museum in september.
