At Genscom, teamwork goes far beyond the office walls. 🚲

After work, two of our colleagues set off on a 40 km bike ride along "De Schelde" to reach another teammate. Not just for the ride — but to lend a hand with her move. 📦
After the hard work was done, the three of them enjoyed a well-deserved dinner together. A beautiful mix of commitment, friendship and the spirit that makes our team so special.

This week, our team came together in our own work garden for a relaxed summer BBQ. Great food, great weather, and even better company. After dinner, a lively game of Kubb brought out everyone’s playful (and competitive) side.

Time for another .. and this one’s actually all about 𝙮𝙤𝙪!

We all remember 2020 — a year that changed everything. Nursing homes closed, and many elderly suddenly found themselves cut off from their loved ones.

Because of our close ties to the care community, we knew we had to do something.

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦, 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵?

So we set up a custom platform called Granniedays 👵🏻 — a simple way for families to create their own personalized newspaper, filled with photos, messages, memories, and drawings.

And wow, did you respond! 🤩 Thousands (!) of papers were sent to grandparents across the country.

And printed every single one and delivered them straight to their homes.

Such a simple idea — but it made a huge difference. 🗞️

Two titles, one story. ⚽🔥�

Photographer Tom Verpaelst spent the season following Kester-Gooik, a local football club with a standout year — with both the men's and women's teams clinching the championship.

To celebrate this milestone, Tom turned the story into a newspaper — combining his photography with a custom design created in-house by our talented team. The result? A printed keepsake that celebrates the soul of a historic season.
