KCT is back with a new single, and we're hyped to share this with you!

Ghent-based pianist Karel Cuelenaere has been putting in serious work across the Belgian jazz scene: think Black Flower, John Ghost, Ping O.D., but with this trio he strips it all back to straight-up, no-filler jazz.

Alongside Karel, the crew features Cyrille Obermüller on double bass and Gert-Jan Dreessen - two of the most respected names of their generation.

After dropping their debut album 'Adult Swing' late 2024, they're kicking off a new chapter with 'Stumpy'. An energetic, playfu track, impossible not to move to. Exactly the kind of music we love putting out in the world!

We maken begin oktober twee weekends lang opnieuw AMOK in Brugge!
We duiken op in onverwachte plekken, zoals een zwembad, een woonzorgcentrum, een psychiatrisch ziekenhuis met als rode draad de vraag: 𝘼𝙈 𝙄 𝙊𝙆?

Where are all our cassette lovers at? Get out your tapedeck, cause we've got a new little gem for you!

Pianist Giovanni Di Domenico and drummer Eric Thielemans recorded the album 'Echolalia' in Concertgebouw Brugge, back in 2024. And somewhere between takes, things got loose. Free improv happened. Good free improv. The kind you don't delete.

So we didn't. A limited cassette edition of 'Entelecheia' is out today. Also on Bandcamp if you're not that a tape kind of person (no judgment).
